It really is amazing how much more you can accomplish, just by restructuring the way you handle your daily workload. My two favorite “task organizing” techniques are 1) grouping like tasks (for example, three data entry/spreadsheet tasks could get knocked out in twenty minutes, whereas individually they would have taken ten minutes each (for a total of thirty minutes)), and 2) blocking off uninterrupted work time (say, an hour or two to tackle a big project).
But those are really basic compared to the task-management ideas in this awesome infographic, which I hope you will put to great use!
